Palace Kitchen is a Seattle icon that began in 1996. Dormant through the pandemic, the restaurant reopened in 2023 with its refreshed branding. Playing off the highly-recognized neon sign, the refresh updated the typography to be more bespoke—and introduced other iconic elements of the space. From the script "P" etched into the cutlery to the larger-than-life chicken sculpture, the new brand celebrates the heritage of a Seattle landmark.
